PRODUCT MANAGER - CONSUMER LENDING (ASSISTANT MANAGER GRADE)
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to deliver device financing solutions on time and within budget.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Device Financing, while maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Manage product budgets and responsible for meeting financial performance, including setting and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and implement product pricing strategies for Lesi Pay, ensuring the latest products are priced and available through all channels.
- Ensure targets for loan book, revenue, and profitability are met.
- Monitor Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and take proactive measures together with the Recovery team to maintain them within KPI threshold.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders and ensure best customer experience.
The Person
- 3+ years of experience in the Telecommunication/ Banking industry.
- Experience in micro-Finance product management in the Sri Lankan market would be a definite plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management / finance / marketing or any other relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
