Leader Kaijjie Battery (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing battery manufacturing company dedicated to quality, innovation, and sustainable energy solutions. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Factory Maintenance Executive to ensure optimal performance and uptime of all factory machinery and infrastructure.

Job Summary

As the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process—from procurement and inventory management to distribution and logistics. Your role will ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of materials and finished products while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support production and business goals.
  • Oversee procurement of raw materials, including vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Optimize inventory levels to balance production needs with cost control.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs including lead times, cost efficiency, and delivery performance.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and export/import laws.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, R&D, quality control, and finance departments.
  • Implement and manage ERP systems for real-time inventory and logistics tracking.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain/logistics roles, preferably in battery, electronics, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in cost reduction, process improvement, and team leadership.
  • Understanding of global supply chain trends and sustainability practices.
