As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Factory Maintenance Executive to ensure optimal performance and uptime of all factory machinery and infrastructure.

Job brief

The Factory Administration Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the manufacturing facility. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies, managing office staff and services, supporting production with necessary administrative processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative activities within the factory, including facility management, procurement, record keeping, and clerical support.
  • Manage and coordinate with security, housekeeping, transportation, and other facility-related services.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain factory documentation and reports (attendance, asset management, vendor contracts, etc.).
  • Coordinate with HR for workforce management, timekeeping, and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Support production and operations teams in logistics, supply chain coordination, and resource planning.
  • Liaise with government authorities and local bodies as needed for factory operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or previous working Navy, Air Force is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of facility operations, labor laws, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance procedures.
