Executive Housekeeper
Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards across all guest and public areas of the hotel.
- Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to established standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to optimize cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of housekeeping supplies and amenities.
- Manage departmental budgets effectively, monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute special projects and events as needed.
- Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at all times.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance, training, and support to staff members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in housekeeping management.
Requirements
- A Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products, with a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
