Executive Housekeeper

Responsibilities

  • Maintain impeccable housekeeping standards across all guest and public areas of the hotel.
  • Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to established standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to optimize cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking of housekeeping supplies and amenities.
  • Manage departmental budgets effectively, monitoring expenses, implementing cost-saving measures where applicable.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and execute special projects and events as needed.
  • Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations at all times.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing guidance, training, and support to staff members.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in housekeeping management.

Requirements

  • A Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar capacity within the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products, with a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
