TRAINEE NURSE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in providing basic patient care under the supervision of registered nurses.
• Monitor and document Students health status and report changes to senior nursing staff.
• Help with medical procedures and equipment.
• Provide emotional support to students.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Recent graduate of a nursing program or currently enrolled in a nursing degree.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
• Excellent communication skills and compassion for patient care.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
