Insight Software Solutions is an Australian AI consulting company. We help small, medium, and large businesses turn their data into decisive action. Our team builds AI agents, smart assistants, and automated workflows for customers in finance, retail, healthcare, logistics, and other fields. With new projects in the pipeline, we’re hiring passionate Python engineers who can turn the latest model releases into production grade solutions.
Must-haves
- 2+ years professional Python experience (clean code, tests, packaging).
- Shipped at least one AI/ML product (LLM app, recommender, CV model, etc.).
- Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, Vertex AI, or others) or workflow engines (Temporal, Prefect and others). Pytorch, Pydantic v2, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Solid grounding in REST/GraphQL APIs, FastAPI, OAuth 2 / JWT, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on with a major cloud (Azure, GCP or AWS) and container orchestration.
- Comfortable learning new tech trends & rapid-prototyping new techniques.
- Good communication (we’re a fully remote team).
Nice-to-haves
- Fine-tuning or RAG serving custom open-source LLMs (Ollama, Gemma, etc) on GPUs/local.
- MLOps tooling: MLflow, Weights & Biases, Azure ML Pipelines, Vertex AI Pipelines.
- Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, Azure AI Search.
- Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock.
