Delmege Forsyth Energy, a proud member of the Delmege Group, is the Authorized Distributor for Shell Lubricants in Sri Lanka. We are now seeking a dynamic and results driven Assistant Manager to join our sales team and drive growth in our Industrial Lubricants Sector.

ASSISTANT MANAGER - SALES (INDUSTRIAL LUBRICANT SECTOR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Shell industrial lubricants to clients across diverse sectors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical demonstrations.
  • Work closely with technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Mechanical, Engineering, or NDT in a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in lubricant industry is a must.
  • Strong mechanical and technical knowledge with a passion for customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated team player with a results-oriented mindset.
