Duties:
- Front Desk Management
- Administrative Support
- Calendar and Appointment Management
- Travel and Event Coordination
- Document & Data Management
- Office Maintenance and Organization
- Support to HR department
- Data Entry and Reporting
- General Office Administration
Requirements
- Additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ of work experience in similar role.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English (Sinhala & Tamil added advantage).
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
