Store Keeper – Gold Key Services

Location: Malabe / Kandy

Gold Key Services is a leading HORECA distributor, proudly partnering with household leading brands to deliver quality and excellence across the hospitality industry. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Store Keeper to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record stock as it arrives.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock rotation.
  • Organize and maintain the store layout to ensure easy access and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with procurement and delivery teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and dispatch.
  • Monitor and report stock discrepancies, damages, or losses.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards in the store area.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in a similar warehouse role.
  • Knowledge of inventory software and systems are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderately heavy items.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
