ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY - COLOMBO

We, an ISO certified leading Auctioning Company are looking for a dynamic, talented, team spirited and self-motivated professional to serve at the organization’s City Office based in Colombo in the capacity of an Administrative Secretary.

Requirements:

  • A female candidate age between 30 - 40 years.
  • Must be in excellent health with a pleasant personality.
  • A sound educational background with part/fully qualified in the field of administration.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple procedures simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 05 years proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent command of English & Sinhala languages, both written and spoken (Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage).
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, Power Point & Outlook) and digital tools (Zoom, Team, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work for extended hours & on weekends, when required.

Job Profile:

  • Provide secretarial & administrative support to the Management, ensuring effective time management and prioritizing.
  • Organize and handle various auctions as allocated by the Management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external customers to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
  • Prepare reports, answer phone calls, responding to inquiries, attending to filing documents and other general office tasks as required.
  • Attending to auctions in various locations within Colombo and in the suburbs.
