Job Description
What you need to do
- Develop and execute the Fish DC route plan, assign trucks route-wise, and communicate with drivers on loading times and drop-and-go key allocation.
- Arrange trucks, ensure timely loading, prepare and upload the TMS loading sheet, and conduct vehicle inspections.
- Hand over the daily fuel issuance requirement to the fuel operational executive.
- Issue security seals, gate passes, invoices, and outlet in-and-out books, ensuring all documents are complete before the departure.
- Track trucks with GPS, monitor unloading status, report delays or incidents, and share accident reports.
- Confirm TMS trip completions, verify TRP costs, and prepare monthly TRP bills.
- Conduct weekly vehicle inspections, maintain driver and vehicle files, and organize driver awareness sessions.
What we are looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in a transport-related field.
- A Diploma/Certificate in a related discipline would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written), leadership abilities, IT skills, and proficiency in TMS systems.
- Strong decision-making and task delegation skills.
- Excellent time management and people management abilities.
