WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
The skills and experiences required from you
- Develop and execute account strategies to expand business within the government sector.
- Identify opportunities for IT solutions, system integration, and digital transformation projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in ministries, state institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on government procurement policies, tenders, and compliance requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in the government sector.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, tendering, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage high-value deals and complex sales cycles.
- Background in IT solutions, system integration, or technology sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
