COMPANY SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT - MAHARAGAMA BRANCH

Role Description

This is a full time on site role for a Company Secretarial Assistant at Delight Accounting Solutions in Maharagama Branch. The Company Secretarial Assistant will be responsible to prepare all company incorporation and changed documents.

Qualifications

  • Fully or Part qualification in CMA or Higher National Diploma in Management or HRM.
  • Minimum of 1 year Experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong Knowledge and understanding of Company Act and other related areas.
  • Excellent communication (Sinhala & English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and work independently.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills.
  • Salary negotiable.

COMPANY SECRETARIAL TRAINEE - MAHARAGAMA BRANCH

Qualifications

  • Completed GCE Advanced Level in Commerce Stream.
  • AAT/CMA/HND part or fully Qualified.
  • Following Diploma in Management or HRM.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft office packages, accounting software & good communication skills in English & Sinhala will be an added advantage.
