We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as Surgical Coordinator at Asiri Hospital Galle.
SURGICAL COORDINATOR
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide information including cost estimates to potential surgical patients in consultation with relevant professionals.
- Coordination of consultants, operating theater, and patients until successful completion of surgical intervention.
- Analyze and evaluate the potential surgical specialties and submit proposals to the management.
- Initiate surgical packages, prepare comparisons, and submit analysis to further improve patient experience.
- Promote new services among consultants and potential customers.
Experience, qualifications & skills:
- Passed G C E Advanced level.
- Qualification in Sales and/or Marketing from a reputed institute.
- Having hospital experience in a similar role or in Sales department will be an advantage.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, complex environment and willingness to adapt to change.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and analytical skills.
- Fluency in MS office.
