Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (Male)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking off quantities from drawings.
• Visit sites for obtaining measurements.
• Preparation of payment applications.
• Preparation of rate breakdowns.
• Preparation of BOQs, Agreements, Letters.

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc (QS) / HND/NVQ (LS) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the MEP or fire industry.
• Should be competent in using MS Office & AutoCad.
• Possess excellent in written & verbal English language skills.
• Age below 40 yrs.
