Associate Manager / Deputy Manager - Legal

As a result of our continued business expansion plan, an opportunity exists with us at our Legal Department.

The Profile

• Handling all Civil matters in recovery action.
• Handling recovery related work such as attending courts for cases where the company is a party.
• Responsible to follow up on actions in assigned areas and to follow up in recovery cases.
• Responsible for all matters in courts.
• Advising the company on all legal related matters.

Personal and Skills Profile

• Possess at least 04-05 years’ experience in Active practice.
• Experience in Criminal courts such as Magistrate Courts and High Courts is an added advantage.
• Should be able to handle civil litigation.
• Experience in Debt Recovery Actions, Private Plaintis, is a must.
• Experience in Labor Tribunal, and labor related matters is an added advantage.
• Liaising with law enforcement agencies, such as police, is required.
• License to execute deed is required.
