Account Assistant & Product Admin

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or higher diploma in accounting or a related field. (ICASL/AAT/ACCA/CIMA/CMA) (Part qualified candidates can apply)
  • At least 06 months Experience in relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle stock head office and branches
  • Checked stock received from suppliers.
  • Issued the GRN
  • Transfer of goods among branches.
  • Reported to MD Daily sales report.
  • Monthly stock count branches.
  • Maintain suppliers' files manually.
  • Add product details to Google sheet.
  • Updated new product to POS system.
  • Prepare the cash book of three branches and cash books using quick books.
