Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed operational plans aligned with project timelines.
  • Maintain implementation reports, dashboards, and sponsorship trackers.
  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of events and projects with internal and external teams.
  • Assist in budget planning, tracking, and finance coordination.
  • Manage merchandise production, inventory, and distribution processes.
  • Evaluate, rationalise, and maintain strong relationships with external sponsorship stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks, operational documentation, and internal process updates.
  • Play a key role in business continuity planning and operational risk mitigation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Management or Marketing.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in a similar role within a dynamic marketing or project-based environment.
