KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interview coordination, and new hire orientations
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist in identifying training needs and organize relevant employee training and development programs
• Support payroll activities and maintain accurate employee records
• Prepare and maintain HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, performance, and training
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance standards
• Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
