Sales Executive (Client Database Required) – Colombo Office

Location: Colombo 03

Take-Home Salary: LKR 200,000/month

Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Lanka Staff, on behalf of our client—a rapidly growing UK-based product sourcing company—is actively seeking experienced and results-driven Sales Executives to join their dynamic Colombo team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global company dealing in high-demand UK products across fashion, technology, beauty, lifestyle, and more. The ideal candidate will be someone who can confidently engage with clients, close deals swiftly, and drive consistent revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact clients daily via WhatsApp, phone calls, and follow-ups
• Showcase and promote a massive, constantly updated UK product catalog
• Send product offers, updates, and availability to existing and prospective buyers
• Understand client needs and tailor product offerings accordingly
• Build rapport, nurture relationships, and convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve and exceed daily sales targets

Requirements:

• Mandatory: You must already possess a personal client database with active business potential
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or B2B client handling
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, persuasive, and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
