Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the importation of goods with a strong emphasis on financial efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate importation of goods in order to meet customer expectations, minimize delivery delays, and support overall service excellence.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve import processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all shipment.
- Lead and develop the imports team in ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of medical products.
- Ensure all imports meet local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain full traceability of all imported goods for and recall purpose.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s in supply chain management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years managerial experience in supply chain / Logistics environment.
- Knowledge in regulatory requirement in medical industry.
- Excellent knowledge in customs/ port procedures.
- Having CHA / SLPA license and background in medical device industry will be added advantages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working with business central or ERP environment.
