Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the importation of goods with a strong emphasis on financial efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate importation of goods in order to meet customer expectations, minimize delivery delays, and support overall service excellence.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve import processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and consistency across all shipment.
  • Lead and develop the imports team in ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of medical products.
  • Ensure all imports meet local regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain full traceability of all imported goods for and recall purpose.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in supply chain management or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience in supply chain / Logistics environment.
  • Knowledge in regulatory requirement in medical industry.
  • Excellent knowledge in customs/ port procedures.
  • Having CHA / SLPA license and background in medical device industry will be added advantages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working with business central or ERP environment.
