As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates, identifying and winning new clients, taking down job descriptions, and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Perform market research to stay informed about industry trends and leverage this knowledge in business development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service and repeat business.
  • Negotiate terms of business and rates with clients.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients regarding market conditions, salary levels, and candidate availability.
  • Utilize recruitment databases, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
  • Offer guidance and support to candidates throughout the interview and placement process.
  • Consulting with the Hiring Manager to understand organizational recruitment strategy.
  • Agreeing on a recruitment mandate with the Hiring Manager.
  • Posting job ads to attract applicants.
  • Managing the interview, assessment, and shortlisting process.
  • Maintaining a lead database.
  • Advising clients on selecting suitable candidates for their vacancies.
  • Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry, wellness, or nutrition sectors.
  • Exceptional understanding and expertise in navigating specialised markets globally.
  • Strong business development skills, showcasing a history of maintaining and growing global client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for continual personal and professional development.
