MANGER – SUPPLY CHAIN

JOB PROFILE

  • Oversee and manage the sourcing of spare parts required for HVAC and consumer electronic repairs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers
  • Ensure procurement is cost-effective, timely, and in line with technical requirements and inventory norms
  • Approve and monitor purchase orders and supplier performance
  • Ensure optimal stock levels of fast- and slow-moving parts across all categories
  • Oversee warehouse operations including inbound/outbound logistics, issuing of parts, and returns handling
  • Implement and enforce inventory control practices to minimize shrinkage, obsolescence, and stockouts
  • Supervise the Picker & Issuer and other store staff for efficient operations
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound movement of parts and equipment
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts from central warehouse to service locations
  • Coordinate with transport providers and internal stakeholders to optimize delivery schedules and cost
  • Drive digitalization and process improvements across logistics and supply chain functions
  • Monitor and maintain accurate part records, ETA updates, and shipment tracking
  • Report regularly to management on supply chain KPIs, risks, and improvement initiatives
  • Prepare periodic reports on procurement, logistics cost, inventory status, and service level performance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics/supply chain management, preferably in the electronics or HVAC service sector
  • Strong understanding of spare parts procurement, warehouse operations, and third-party logistics
  • Experience with ERP systems; exposure to GSPN or similar platforms is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities across multiple teams and levels
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced service environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to process excellence and customer satisfaction
