Customer Care Officer - Rental Division

Key Qualifications:

• Passed G.C.E. (Advanced Level) in Mathematics / Bio or Commerce stream.
• Minimum of 01 year experience in a customer care officer position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing excel reports of the rental machine fleet.
• Arranging service agreements.
• Debt collection.
• Sound knowledge in MS office package.
• Excellent communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Kelaniya, Gampaha, or Colombo.
