RECEPTIONIST

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address customer and prospective student queries, providing accurate guidance.
  • Handle student registrations efficiently.
  • Follow up on student inquiries from the call center, social media, and other sources.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on class schedules and payment structures for all programs.
  • Achieve deadlines and targets set by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service.
  • Experience with front office operations, admin and receptionist duties.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in the education industry is a plus.
