RECEPTIONIST
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address customer and prospective student queries, providing accurate guidance.
- Handle student registrations efficiently.
- Follow up on student inquiries from the call center, social media, and other sources.
- Maintain up-to-date information on class schedules and payment structures for all programs.
- Achieve deadlines and targets set by management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service.
- Experience with front office operations, admin and receptionist duties.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in the education industry is a plus.
