JOB PROFILE
- Meet the garment quality standards according to the requirement.
- Work closely with the production team, to deliver the final product in line with the required quality standards.
- Follow and ensure that the production team follows all guidelines in place to achieve the required quality expectations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- With minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the apparel industry.
- Age below 35.
- Possess a diploma or any other relevant vocational / professional qualifications.
- An excellent understanding and knowledge of the garment manufacturing process / machine and garment operation.
- Conversant in quality assurance tools like SPC, Traffic light system, 7/0 system.
- Thorough knowledge of QC process from pattern to finish garment.
- Ability to implement quality improvement procedures to achieve overall effectiveness in the entire quality assurance process.
- Should be a pro-active person with excellent leadership skills.
- Good communication skills in Tamil is an added advantage.
