Officer– Creative Marketing

Sri Lanka Branch
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Managing Samsung’s social media channels.
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Samsung’s brand voice and resonates with the audience.
- Monitor social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.) and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Samsung’s reach.
- Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- A/B test different ad variations to identify high-performing content.
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends and emerging technologies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and derive actionable insights.
- Use data to refine targeting, optimize ad spend, and improve overall marketing effectiveness & Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of related experience and professional qualification and/or Bachelor's degree in the related field.
- Exposure to Media Strategy, and Creative Marketing management is preferred.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong teamwork, communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
