Officer– Creative Marketing

Location:

Sri Lanka Branch

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Managing Samsung’s social media channels.
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with Samsung’s brand voice and resonates with the audience.
  • Monitor social media metrics (likes, shares, comments, etc.) and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify Samsung’s reach.
  • Develop and execute online advertising campaigns across various platforms.
  • Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • A/B test different ad variations to identify high-performing content.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and derive actionable insights.
  • Use data to refine targeting, optimize ad spend, and improve overall marketing effectiveness & Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year of related experience and professional qualification and/or Bachelor's degree in the related field.
  • Exposure to Media Strategy, and Creative Marketing management is preferred.
  • Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Proficiency in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
