Assistant HR Manager
House of Fashions, South Asia’s largest Departmental Store is looking for smart and Dynamic Individuals to fill the below Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Interviewing candidates for open positions and helping them prepare their applications
- Managing employee records and benefits, including payroll
- Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that workers are meeting standards and addressing any issues that arise
- Preparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics and turnover rates
- Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to learn why they are leaving the company and how the company might improve its retention rate in the future
- Preparing job descriptions, posting openings, and interviewing candidates for positions within the company
- Managing Staff on Boarding and agreement preparation / Employees Files
- Managing Meals Orders of Employees
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Implement and Maintain HR Policies and Procedures
- Assist in resolving employee issues and disciplinary matters
- Assist in Handling labor cases and having good knowledge in labor law.
- Actively involved in all Employee welfare activities.
Requirement:
- Passed G.C.E O/L & A/L
- Degree or Diploma would in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in similar capacity, preferable related retail industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office Package & HR Software
- Sound knowledge in Administration and HR best practices
- Excellent Communication both oral and written in English
- Leadership and Negotiation Skills
- Knowledge in Sri Lankan Labor Laws.
