OFFICER IN CHARGE

TISSAMAHARAMA BRANCH

You should ideally:

• possess approximately 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in branch banking
• full or part professional qualification acceptable to the bank will be a definite advantage
• be attentive to detail and possess a fair knowledge on branch operations
• have good interpersonal and communication skills
• have excellent team working and problem solving skills

You will be mainly responsible for:

• fostering client relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring portfolio growth and client satisfaction. While leveraging branch support for operations, they play a vital role in driving the bank’s success through expert relationship management and financial solutions.
