Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and non-carbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate for Transport & Administration Manager position in Sri Lanka.

Manager - Transport & Administration

Role: Provide administrative support to the transportation and administration department.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Directing activities related to transportation vehicles and administration.
• Planning, organizing and managing subordinate staff members to ensure work is completed and consistent with the company standards.
• Directing the outsource security staff of the company.
• Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles.
• Be responsible and accountable for ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards of the country relating to transport vehicles.

Personal Profile

• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in managerial capacity.
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
• Average proficiency in spoken and written communication in English.
• Well conversant in MS office packages.
• Excellent leadership skills.
