Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Manager located in Malabe with the option for some remote work. The Senior Business Manager will be offering personalised insurance advice, building client relationships and conducting financial needs analysis. They are responsible for understanding clients’ needs, analysing risks, and recommending appropriate insurance products.

Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, providing advice and preparing and presenting insurance quotes.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Business Manager

  • Client Relationships Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and build trust.
  • Needs Assessment: Evaluating clients’ financial situations, risk profiles, and insurance coverage gaps.
  • Product Recommendations: Providing tailored advice on suitable insurance products, including life and health.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and ethical standards.
  • Communication: Clearly explaining insurance concepts to clients and answering their questions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the infinity circle.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the insurance industry is highly valued.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring market trends and emerging risks
  • Staying updated on insurance products and regulatory changes.
  • Assisting clients with policy reviews.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of insurance and financial services industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
