Operations & Supply Chain Executive

We are an innovative and growing company with operations planned to expand around the world, is looking for a young dynamic person to join our team as a Operations & Supply Chain Executive with proven relevant or similar experience in the following key responsible areas.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the monthly production plan, ensuring effective coordination with the trading team, supply chain team, and purchasing team to guarantee the timely availability of raw materials (RM).
- Plan and implement weekly production schedules for assigned production lines, ensuring the availability of all necessary materials to meet production targets.
- Conduct daily follow-ups to ensure operations are aligned with the production plan, addressing any deviations promptly to maintain production flow.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive production reports, including machine efficiency, capacity utilization, and other operational metrics.
- Oversee and manage consumption variance, ensuring the daily reconciliation of materials and accurate production confirmations to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A degree in Operations management or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry is essential.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
A self-motivated person, with good communication skills and a proven track record for meeting deadlines with a positive attitude, eager to learn and adapt to new environment.
