Job Profile

  • Establish and implement Logistics/Supply chain/Admin procedures in line with Organizational requirement.
  • Responsible for managing the full procurement cycle including preparing and issuing tenders, evaluating supplier bids, negotiating terms, and awarding contracts — with the objective of securing goods and services at the best possible value, quality, and compliance standards.
  • Liaise with Head Office accounts department for necessary clearance, approval in respect of transfer of funds to facilitate procurement materials based on contractor’s program.
  • To establish systems to monitor efficient movement of contractor’s material based on procurement schedules and keep track on material reconciliation.
  • To convey regular meetings with stakeholders and relevant authorities and to follow up action plans to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities such as BOI, Sri Lanka Customs and etc to ensure procurement processes comply with applicable laws, guidelines, and approvals, facilitating smooth and transparent operations.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of audit requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc in Business Management with 10 years’ experience in logistics and procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills with extensive experience collaborating with contractors / property developers on large-scale construction and development projects.
  • Ability to perform under minimum supervision, with honesty and transparency.
  • Age between 35 – 45 years.
