JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONS (HEAD OFFICE)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Release vendor payments within the given service level agreement to ensure smooth operations.
• Make sure Internal / External customers are serviced with accepted service standards while solving customer issues professionally and timely.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for operational processes.
• Maintain the accuracy of security documents and system data.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Junior Executive grade and handled similar job functions would be an added advantage (preferably in Finance/ Banking Industry).
• Passed G.C.E (O/L), G.C.E (A/L) and hands-on experience in MS Excel / MS Word / MS Power point.
• Possession of excellent PR, communication skills in both Sinhala and English as well as a strong sense of teamwork.
• Having degree/ Professional diploma would be an added advantage.
