Mr Can Fix It (Carpenter)
We are looking for a Carpenter to join Soneva Jani.
Requirements and Skills:
- This position is open only for local, Maldivian applicants.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a luxury resort or hotel.
- Skilled Worker Certificate in Building and Carpentry is mandatory.
- Ability to build, repair, maintain resort structures and vessels, along with pool decks, jetties, and other wooden decks.
- Ability to fabricate furniture and cabinets as requested, ensuring proper finishing with varnish or paint.
- Ability to manage spare parts and materials, keeping necessary stock available at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of all completed jobs and materials used during each shift.
- Proficient in English communication and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
