Key Responsibilities:
- High school education or culinary diploma is required.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Commis II or Commis III.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and basic computer skills.
- Excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-heat environments for long hours.
- Passion for cooking, food quality, and continuous improvement.
- Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and uniform.
- Flexibility to work any shift as per business needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality food as per the guidance of the Executive Chef.
- Take lead on your station and mentor junior chefs while promoting teamwork and excellence.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards are strictly followed.
- Monitor stock levels, handle requisitions, and assist in achieving food cost and production targets.
- Carry out daily operational tasks including temperature checks, food labeling, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Uphold punctuality, professionalism, and a commitment to personal growth in the culinary field.
