Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
- Full or part qualification in CA, CIMA, or AAT will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance and Administration is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a moderate level of everyday computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Young, energetic, and self-motivated team player
Scope and Responsibilities
- Propose strategic financial adjustments based on the analysis to enhance overall financial performance
- Develop and implement new strategies to streamline internal processes, leading to a measurable increase in efficiency
- Propose and implement initiatives that contribute to the growth and expansion of the business
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning aligned with organizational goals
- Implement new MIS reports and formats using advanced analytical tools for improved decision-making. Research and select appropriate analytical tools for generating MIS reports
