Innovate and refine procedures, best practices, and methods to meet departmental objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
Ensure operations comply with CBSL guidelines and the Inland Revenue Act and submit necessary compliance reports to relevant authorities.
Educate and train branch and head office business units on standards, guidelines, and procedures as needed.
Support and facilitate the development and implementation of digital products and requirements related to the deposits and savings unit.
