Key Responsibilities
- Problem-Solving and Decision Making.
- Compliance and Policy Enforcement.
- Inventory and Resource Management.
- Sales and Business Development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing branch operations in a courier or logistics environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to prepare invoices and related operational documents accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and general computer skills.
- Multilingual communication skills will be considered an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in courier-related services.
