Customer Service
SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in the logistics / freight forwarding industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
- Experience with logistics software will be an added advantage.
Duties
- Monitor order fulfillment and shipping processes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Handle customer complaints, delays, and damage claims professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the logistics and CRM systems.
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or changes to customers.
JUNIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT
Requirements
- Fully or Partial completion of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in logistics / freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Age below 26 years.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular status updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and service issues, escalating as necessary to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, shipments, and service transactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with sales and account managers to support customer retention and satisfaction.
