Job Profile
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with Olanka Travels' brand and marketing objectives
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary content team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
- Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging
- Coordinate content projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
The Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., Strapi), SEO best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in content management, with a focus on digital platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
