MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements across job portals, social media, and internal networks.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure timely updates and feedback.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and career event planning (e.g., job fairs, campus hiring).
  • Help draft offer letters and manage pre-onboarding formalities.
  • Participate in market research and talent mapping activities to support recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of recruitment dashboards and reports for review.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, organised approach to tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards is a plus.
