A site engineer is required for the building construction project at Watawala. The ideal candidate should be a team player, highly organized, have positive interpersonal and excellent communication skills, willingness to work extended hours, when necessary, with the ability to plan ahead and multitask in order to meet deadlines and keep projects under budget.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering [BSc Eng.]
• Proven working experience in construction related to building construction (Minimum 10 Years)
• Engaged in construction projects of over 250 million
• Ability to organize and arrange site works and adopt quality control and assurance of all site works. All the work related to quality control and quality assurance shall be handled.
• Coordinate with the contractor, construction supervision, checking methods statements, bar schedules, etc.

The site engineer is responsible for all the construction work such as construction supervision, project planning, monitoring, controlling, and coordinating with materials suppliers for materials supplied by the client, site measurement and certifying the payments, handling all the documentation relevant to the project execution, etc., and completion of the project within the scheduled time and budget.
