We're looking for a Project Support and Supply Chain Officer - Nuwara Eliya

The Project Support and Supply Chain Officer role is to facilitate and carry out procurement/supply chain activities at the field level, manage inventory, and provide essential administrative support to overall field operations at the district level.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Oversee office management, support staff, logistics, IT, and inventory to ensure smooth district operations and a positive work environment.
  • Support procurement by sourcing goods, raising purchase requests, coordinating with suppliers, managing invoices, and arranging travel for field missions.
  • Coordinate trips and driver assignments, maintain movement trackers, ensure safety compliance, and manage fleet records.
  • Supervise SCI drivers, caretakers, and security personnel while conducting performance evaluations to provide feedback and support development.
