Competencies

• Minimum of 04 - 05 years of experience in similar role in a commercial or industrial building
• Experience in handling MEP work and repair & maintenance work related to plant & machinery
• Qualified/ Following NVQ Level 03 or other relevant qualifications in the field of MEP
• Knowledge in office premises maintenance

Scope & Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical work, including inspections of generators, air conditioning, and lighting systems
• Engage in repair and maintenance activities related to plant & machinery and building systems
• Participate in scheduled inspections and servicing as part of the annual preventive maintenance plan
• Coordinate with the site manager and perform corrective actions as needed
• Support broader maintenance activities such as plumbing, carpentry, and painting
