Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing R & D projects focused on Ayurvedic cosmetic product development.
- Support formulation on process optimization of Ayurvedic cosmetic products.
- Conduct literature reviews, data analysis and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with regulatory and quality assurance team for product approvals and compliance.
- Supervise lab staff and coordinate product testing and trials.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in science with chemistry or related field. (Postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage)
- Minimum three years of experience in R&D within the herbal or cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic principles and product formulation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regulatory audits (Internal and external) to maintain the ISO system.
