About the Role

At WebLife, we're seeking a Community Growth Specialist to build and scale our new and exciting community project. As a 16-year pioneering force in e-commerce and the largest distributor of mailboxes across the U.S. with over $250M in all-time revenue, we're now leading the charge in agentic AI adoption. We need a community-focused growth expert who can transform our automation expertise into a thriving, engaged community that drives our new business model from free tier to paid membership and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Growth & Engagement
    • Drive growth from free-tier members to paid community members.
    • Develop and execute community acquisition strategies across multiple channels (social media, partnerships, content marketing).
    • Create and manage member onboarding journeys.
    • Aid in fostering daily engagement through discussions, challenges, and member-to-member interactions.
  • Platform Management & Operations
    • Manage community platforms (Circle.so/Skool) including tier-gating, member permissions, and content organization.
    • Monitor community health metrics and provide weekly analytics reports.
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between community feedback and product development.
  • Member Experience & Retention
    • Design and optimize the free-to-paid conversion funnel.
    • Create member recognition programs and gamification elements.
    • Handle community moderation and maintain positive, productive discussions.
    • Develop referral programs and member advocacy initiatives.
  • Growth Marketing & Partnerships
    • Execute community-driven growth loops through social media and content syndication.
    • Partner with Brand & Comms team to amplify community wins across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels.
    • Identify and nurture potential Elite Cohort candidates and Sprint customers from community engagement.
    • Track and optimize community-sourced lead generation for recruiting and consulting services.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years in community management, growth marketing, or customer engagement. (B2B SaaS, automation, or AI industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Community Expertise: Proven track record building online communities from start to large number of active members.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with community platforms (Circle, Skool, Discord, Slack).
    • Proficiency in analytics tools and community health metrics.
    • Basic understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems. (Zoho preferred)
    • Familiarity with AI tools and automation concepts is a plus.
