Executive Housekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire housekeeping department, including villas, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet the resort’s premium cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Implement and maintain LQA-compliant procedures and inspection protocols.
  • Train, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence and attention to detail.
  • Manage department budgets, inventories, linen, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support seamless guest experiences.
  • Drive sustainability practices within housekeeping operations in line with resort values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star resort or hotel (Maldives experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of LQA standards and implementation.
  • Proven leadership, training, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
  • High attention to detail, guest-oriented approach, and passion for delivering excellence.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and well-organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
