Executive Housekeeper
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire housekeeping department, including villas, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet the resort’s premium cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Implement and maintain LQA-compliant procedures and inspection protocols.
- Train, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team to ensure service excellence and attention to detail.
- Manage department budgets, inventories, linen, and cleaning supplies efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to support seamless guest experiences.
- Drive sustainability practices within housekeeping operations in line with resort values.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star resort or hotel (Maldives experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of LQA standards and implementation.
- Proven leadership, training, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
- High attention to detail, guest-oriented approach, and passion for delivering excellence.
- Hands-on, proactive, and well-organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
