HEAD OF ENGINEERING

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & manage the engineering department across all packaging units.
- Oversee maintenance, equipment reliability and process improvement initiatives.
- Drive capital investment projects and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety and quality regulations.
- Collaborate with production, quality and R&D teams to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Lean, Six Sigma & etc).
Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required
- B.Sc degree in Mechanical, Electric or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years' engineering experience with at least 5 years' experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corrugated cartons, paper sacks machinery and offset printing processes would be advantageous.
- Proven experience in project management, industrial automation and TPM.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving and communication skills.
- Capacity to forecast risks and prepare mitigation plans for machines, equipment and systems.
- Be an excellent team player and ability to motivate the staff for higher results.
- Organizational and leadership ability.
- Age between 40-55.
