Job Profile

• Support in maintaining an effective internal control system for trade channel sales, settlements, and import costings.
• Assist the Trade Credit team with order approvals in compliance with company credit policies.
• Generate and share routine reports with the trade sales team and relevant stakeholders.
• Reconcile trade receivable ledgers and support the preparation of sub-ledger reconciliations.
• Help calculate and report on expected credit losses related to trade receivables.
• Assist in preparing reconciliations for key accounts such as bills payable, clearing costs, advances, and trade-related provisions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing and support system-driven process improvements.

Personal Profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Part qualification in a recognized professional body (CA, CMA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, credit control, or a related function.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with good attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
